Code of Ethics
Overview
The International Mature Marketing Network Association (IMMN) is dedicated to advancing the common interests and goals of the members of the community of marketers, advertising and communications specialists and all other affiliated professionals that share the common interest of reaching consumers and individuals who are over the age of forty (the “mature marketing industry”).
IMMN is dedicated to promoting the highest standard of professional and ethical behavior within the industry and among its membership. All members shall agree to support and act in accordance with these standards.
To remain in good standing, all members shall:
- adhere to the highest professional norms and values,
- comply with all applicable governmental, or other agency regulations,
- promote practices and share knowledge that further the common interests of the mature marketing industry, and develop, advance and improve the business methods relevant to professionals working within the industry,
- conduct business responsibly, with honesty, integrity, transparency,
- manage its activities to serve as a model of professional behavior to others, and
- act fairly and honorably toward all parties with an interest in the industry’s activities, including consumers, customers, employees, investors, vendors, media, channel members and regulators.
